Via our banking partners, we also provide a full range of banking services, including opening bank accounts, arranging online banking and a debit card for your company.

As an approved intermediary, we can introduce new clients to our banking partners, provided that the client’s company has been incorporated and administered by Transinc Global Services Ltd.

Many banks feel more comfortable accepting new clients through professional intermediaries, such us our company. We will provide you with a full set of account opening forms and a set of samples and instructions on how to correctly complete those forms. We will also formally introduce you to a competent customer services manager at the bank directly.

It is vital that all due diligence is in place according the regulations of the Central Bank of Cyprus, including details of actual beneficial owner(s), signatories, certified passport copy of all beneficial owners and directors of the company, recent utility bill (no more than 3 months), bank reference letter, CV, detailed business description and any other details concerning the operation of the company.

Following recent changes to the regulations of the Central Bank of Cyprus, there is a requirement that the beneficial owners of the company attend a face to face meeting or in certain cases a Skype meeting, in order to proceed with the opening of the bank account and the issuance of the bank account numbers. If such a need arises, we will arrange a meeting with a competent member of the bank and a member of our team will attend the meeting to assist you with the procedure.
